PHASE I - Development
Phase I includes phone meetings and review of materials to clarify the scope of the project, specific requirements, availability of current graphic elements, staff and financial resources to complete the project within the time frames and budget. Including development of site, review of current/proposed collateral materials, and review of website examples to help clarify desired style. Collection of all content for the website will be in a shared Cloud folder.
PHASE II - Design
The majority of the project will be spent in the Design Phase where HFO will create the visual aesthetic and layout for the outlined webpages and integrate imagery and text. For example this can include application of church/ministry live streaming, layout, navigation system, member chat, email, social media icons, photos/content add-on options and aesthetic graphic considerations based on concept development approved in Phase I.
PHASE III - Technical
In the Technical Execution Phase, HFO will enable the website server, domains and add interactive functionality like links to forms, emails and social media. This includes utilization of Wix SEO Wizard, and set up of Google Business Account for emailing and starting build of adequate search engine presence before website activation.
PHASE IV - Finalization
In Phase IV, both parties will check the entire website to make sure it is operating as expected then proceed to “Go Live” by publishing the site. Includes assisting with transfer of domain(s) to new Wix Hosted site and the functionality testing of navigation, forms, emails, and social media links on multiple platforms both standard and mobile to insure functionality and visual consistency. In project conclusion, the parties agree to take site live with applied monthly web hosting plan.
