Since you just made your first monthly subscription payment, we should probably understand the HFO Cancellation Policy. We don't really want to talk about this because our goal is for you to be satified with the HFO service. However, as the say, “money is money.” So if you want to cancel the subscription you have with us, please visit My Account > Billing, and clicking on “Cancel Membership”.  When you cancel a subscription with us, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods.
